World's Fair Capital, Private Investment Firm

Massachusetts enforces mortgages through a statutory power of sale, with published and mailed notice requirements set out in c. 244, and the coast has a documented history of hurricane storm surge. Mechanic's lien filing periods under c. 254 are worth noting when a project is funded in draws.

World's Fair Capital makes business purpose loans to real estate investors in Massachusetts: fix and flip, DSCR rental, bridge and ground-up construction. This page covers points that most often matter to an investor there, each checked against the statute or agency that publishes it. It is general information, not legal or tax advice, and terms for any loan are set at underwriting.
