British West Indies-inspired living, built for entertaining.

A British West Indies-inspired two-story residence: a foyer with 12-foot ceilings opens to the formal living room, dining room, and a home office, with a kitchen, breakfast room, scullery, and walk-in pantry off the covered lanai and BBQ lanai. A ground-floor guest suite, family room, and wet bar with wine display sit alongside a 2.5-car garage. Upstairs, the primary suite (two-sided media center, separate his-and-hers baths and wardrobes, private covered lanai) shares the floor with three more bedroom suites, an open loft, a rec room, and a snack bar. An elevator serves both floors, a sculptural spiral stair winds around a two-story steel column, and a detached 359-square-foot pool house with full bath opens to the pool through two sets of French doors.
