Wolfgang Heimerl serves as General Counsel to World's Fair Capital, working as in-house counsel embedded directly in the firm rather than as outside counsel brought in matter by matter. A real estate attorney and litigator, he has practiced law since 1997.
He began his career as an associate at Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen before founding his own practice, Heimerl Law Firm, in 1999. Now in its third decade, the firm handles commercial litigation, real estate, corporate and contract matters, estate planning, and employment law.
As General Counsel, Wolfgang brings that full range of experience, real estate transactions and disputes, corporate structuring, contract negotiation, directly to World's Fair Capital's decisions: legal judgment built into how WFC operates, not delivered from a distance.
