Veronica Defeo

As Design Lead for WFC Development, Veronica Defeo brings a timeless, layered design sensibility to every home World's Fair Capital builds. Since 2023, she has shaped the interior architecture and material palette behind a series of luxury spec homes throughout historic West Palm Beach and the Palm Beaches, working alongside WFC's development team from concept through completion.

Rather than treating a home as a set of market-driven selections, Veronica considers the house as a whole: its architecture, its landscape, its materials, and its relationship to everything around it. She draws from the architectural legacy just across the water in Palm Beach, interpreting historic references for the way people actually live now. Her goal is simple: WFC homes that feel as though they have been here all along.

That eye for design was honed as co-founder of Gifts & Graces Interiors, the mother-daughter design firm she launched with her mother, Jeanne, in 2019 to serve homes across Florida's Gold Coast, and it's the same discipline she now brings to World's Fair Capital: ensuring every WFC Development home carries the same level of craft, from the first blueprint to the final finish.
