World's Fair Capital — Private Investment Firm
Background

Patient capital. Sound assets. Relationships built to last.

Stuart S. Russo brings more than five decades of real estate investment experience to World's Fair Capital. President of Russo Asset Management, Inc. and a licensed New York real estate broker since 1991, he has been actively involved in the acquisition, development, and management of income-producing real estate since 1972.

The partnerships he has formulated over his career have raised more than $250 million in investor capital, backing a portfolio valued in excess of $500 million, with more than 80% of his investors returning to participate in new ventures, a rate of repeat trust few in the industry ever earn. His investment groups have owned and developed shopping centers, apartment communities, and housing developments across the country, and took part in the successful creation of Kranzco Realty Trust (NYSE: KRT). He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from C.W. Post College of Long Island University.

That same discipline, patient capital, sound assets, and relationships built to last, is the foundation his son, Jason, built World's Fair Capital upon. As Chairman, Stuart brings the long view: a career's worth of judgment about what makes real estate, and the partnerships built around it, genuinely sound.
