Jason Santoiemma leads construction for World's Fair Capital's development arm, bringing a builder's eye and a builder's standards to everything WFC Development delivers. Born and raised in Palm Beach County, he has spent his career building high-end custom homes across the Southeast, which means he knows the markets, the trades, and exactly how a home has to be built to last in this climate.
A licensed general and roofing contractor, Jason specializes in ground-up custom homes, and he brings that expertise to World's Fair Capital full-time as the builder behind its development projects. What sets him apart isn't just the craftsmanship: it's that he runs every project personally, from the first site walk to the day the keys change hands. He's on site for every one.
