Our Focus
World's Fair Capital focuses on companies in the middle market, a segment we find particularly attractive, as middle-market funds have historically enjoyed higher returns than mega funds and market indexes while still allowing for sizable investments. In addition, middle-market companies are less subject to credit market cycles, and we have a better ability to have a significant positive impact on them through strategic and operational initiatives. While the majority of our partner’s activity is middle-market leveraged buyouts, they also make select growth equity investments and strategic investments in mid-cap companies in both the private and public sectors. We also concentrate on domestic opportunities but consider select international opportunities sourced through existing relationships.
We are industry agnostic and the principals of World's Fair Capital have a long and successful history of investing across a wide range of industries, including:
- Aerospace and Defense
- Chemicals
- Construction
- Consumer Products
- Electronics
- Energy
- Financial Services
- Health and Wellness
